At site one all the responses were conducive to a BBS initiative

Figure 1 below shows all the responses that are most conducive to a BBS programme

At site two, a couple of barriers were identified at this stage:

-It was deemed that it would be a challenge to get workers involved in working with management (or alone) towards the common goal of a safer site.
-There weren't enough willing participants to make a four-member operative steering team.
