From existing company data, the information on near misses and accident record details were of most use. Near miss records helped to draw out common unsafe behaviours, whilst accident statistics highlighted the most common accidents to focus upon. |

As you can see from the figures, the information was previously recorded on computer. However, not all sites will have the information electronically. This information was mostly collected from the Heath & Safety Officer. |
